April 30, 2012: The Office was set for trial before the Honorable Judge Monica Gordo in Miami-Dade for this week. Client was charged with two felonies, two counts of Aggravated Assault with a Firearm. Client is now free; all charges dropped.

February 21, 2012: Attorney Jim DeMiles' Federal trial came to a close last week. The main charge in the case was Conspiracy to Possess over 100 Marijuana Plants. After days of deliberation, the Judge declared a hung jury.
